"Puppets Alive!" A day's workshop for people with learning difficulties - hosted by Razed Roof
Day-long workshop for people with learning difficulties age 16+, with puppeteers Sue Dacre and Keith Frederick. Introduction and demonstation, an ideas session to devise a short piece for them to perform, followed by a making workshop.
“Zippy and Me….and Much More” - hosted by Razed Roof
An intriguing talk and demonstration for children aged 9 years and over. Ronnie Le Drew talks about different types of puppets; speaks about his life working with puppets on film sets; and entertains with his role as the iconic ‘Zippy’ from children’s TV programme ‘Rainbow’.
"Getting Creative with Quockerwodgers... and making your own puppet !" - hosted by Razed Roof
Fun workshop for children 9 years or over, designed for different levels of ability and skill. Sue Dacre will introduce the Quockerwodger (sometimes called a ‘Jumping Jack’), then everyone will be able to create their own puppet.
