SURRENDER. AUTUMN EQUINOX RETREAT

Time to soften into Autumn. A morning to slow down, surrender, embrace comfort and calm. If rest is generally at the bottom of your priority list, then this retreat is for you.

Schedule:

09:30am- Welcome & refreshments

09:45am- Grounding breathwork and meditation

10:15am- Gentle walk in nature

10:45am- Restorative yoga flow*

11:40am- Gratitude practice

*yoga may be indoor or outdoor depending on the weather

No experience is required for any of the practices. Come as you are, with an open mind.

You are welcome to come solo or with a friend/ family member. Please bring your own mat (or let me know if you do not have one) and a bottle of water. 

Retreat mornings are £35 per person.
