A Future Vision
VISION is a collaborative venture involving five exhibiting artists, based on the Herts/Essex border, who have found it creatively rewarding to work alongside one another with their mentor Anthea Godfrey. The artists work in a variety of media: printmaking, stained glasswork, textiles. Subject matter is also varied including artists, folk tales, history, nature and landscape in all its forms, seascape and shorelines
Place, Elements and the Passage of Time
Barry Andrews is an Essex coast artist who captures the elements of the Thames estuary and North Sea in all weathers.
Gemma Smale explores the elements and form through clay, wood firings and wood ash glazes.
Joining Hands Across Continents
This year is the Centenery of Queen Elizabeth II who was the most travelled monarch in history. Undertaking tours to more than half of the world's nations, covering over one million miles whilst extending the hand of friendship and reinforcing links across the globe. Through the arts incorruptible ideas and beliefs are shared with all races and ages. This exhibition celebrates this legacy with works from international artists.

The Literary Landscape
'Literary landscapes' showcases a variety of printmaking techniques such as Polymer etching, Linocut, Collagraph, Drypoint, Screenprint and Monotype. The work is varied in style with many processes used to create original fine art prints. Some are unique, others are part of a small limited edition, and all are hand inked.
