Mosaic for Beginners: Create a Decorative Coaster

Learn the basics of traditional mosaic in this friendly, relaxed workshop, where you’ll design and make your own unique mosaic coaster. This class is an affordable, accessible introduction to mosaic, suitable for absolute beginners, with full guidance throughout from an experienced teacher. You can create your own design or use one of my templates — either way, you’ll be supported step by step.
All tools and materials are provided during the session, and we’ll focus on cutting and assembling your mosaic. Once all your mosaic tiles are glued into place, your coaster will be ready to take home and finish. You will be provided with a full grouting kit (you only need to add water!) along with full written and video instructions so you can complete your unique coaster confidently in your own time.
